You can order for any available date in the future. Advance orders will be stored in our system until the required date.
Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient.
We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.
The only information sent with the gift is the personal message card.
We don't pass on any other details at all and don't send out an invoice or receipt.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect them or arrange re-delivery.
Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, military and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. We recommend that orders to such locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not Saturday.
If you are sending flowers to a hospital, please check in advance that the hospital will allow fresh flowers to be delivered to the wards.
We can deliver to any postal address in Canada. We only deliver within Canada. Delivery’s out of Toronto / GTA will be shipped via FedEx in our signature box.
In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Unique Roses reserves the right to substitute any product with any other type of equal quality and value.
